Take a photo of your prescription and send it on WhatsApp. Already know what you need? Just type the names. You can also call and read your list out to a pharmacist.

We check it and confirm the price
A licensed pharmacist goes through every item, reads the prescription properly, and messages you what’s in stock and what it costs. Nothing gets packed until you say go ahead.

We deliver, you pay the rider
Your order goes out sealed with a rider. Hand over the cash when it reaches you. No advance payment, no card details, nothing to sign up for.

Questions people ask before their first order
How do I order medicine online in Pakistan?
Send a photo of your prescription, or just type out the medicine names, to 0316 5534828 on WhatsApp. If you’d rather talk to someone, call the same number. A pharmacist gets back to you with the price and what’s in stock, and once you say go ahead, a rider brings it to your address. Nothing to download, no account to make.
Do I need a prescription to order?
For prescription-only medicine, yes. Send us a clear photo of a valid prescription from a registered doctor and our pharmacist checks it before anything gets packed. Each product page says whether we dispense it on prescription. Everyday items such as baby care and personal care we sell without asking for one.
Which cities do you deliver to, and how long does it take?
We deliver anywhere in Pakistan: delivery is Rs 250 in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, Rs 300 everywhere else. In Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, orders confirmed before 6pm usually reach you the same day or the next. For Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Quetta and smaller towns we send a tracked courier, which takes 2 to 4 working days. We deliver Monday to Saturday. Either way you get the expected timing on WhatsApp before your order leaves the pharmacy.
How do I pay for my order?
Cash on delivery is the normal way, so you pay the rider once the medicine is in your hands and not a moment before. For bigger orders we can arrange a bank transfer if that suits you better. We’ll never ask for your card details or an OTP over the phone.
Are your medicines genuine?
We buy only from authorised distributors, and check the batch number and expiry date on every item before it is dispensed. If a pack ever arrives expired, or with less than one month before its expiry date, tell us on WhatsApp or by phone and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. There is no time limit. Medicines and supplements can’t be returned once they have left our pharmacy. Returned medicine can never go back into saleable stock. That is a safety rule, not a commercial one. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours and we replace it. That is us fixing our mistake, not a return.
