A pharmacist gets back to you with the price and what’s in stock, and once you say go ahead, a rider brings it to your address. Nothing to download, no account to make.
Do I need a prescription to order?
For prescription-only medicine, yes. Send us a clear photo of a valid prescription from a registered doctor and our pharmacist checks it before anything gets packed. Everyday items like painkillers, cough syrups, vitamins, baby care and personal care don’t need one.
Which cities do you deliver to, and how long does it take?
We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. In Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, orders confirmed during the day usually reach you the same day or the next. For Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Quetta and smaller towns we send a tracked courier, which takes a few working days. Either way you get the expected timing on WhatsApp before your order leaves the pharmacy.
How do I pay for my order?
Cash on delivery is the normal way, so you pay the rider once the medicine is in your hands and not a moment before. For bigger orders we can arrange a bank transfer if that suits you better. We’ll never ask for your card details or an OTP over the phone.
Are your medicines genuine?
Yes. We buy only from authorised distributors, and the batch number and expiry date get checked on every item before it’s packed. If something turns up damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll replace it or refund you. For safety reasons, medicine can’t be taken back once the seal is broken.
