Terms

• On the website: add items to your cart and check out with your mobile number, name, address and city. There is no account to create.
• On WhatsApp or by phone: send your order or prescription to 0316 5534828, or call the same number.
• However you order, we call or WhatsApp you to confirm the items and the total before anything is dispatched, and the order goes ahead only when you agree.

• Prices are in Pakistani rupees.
• Prices on product pages are checked by hand and dated. When you order on the website, the total shown when you place the order, delivery included, is the total we ask you to pay.
• Delivery is Rs 250 in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, Rs 300 everywhere else, set by the city you choose at checkout.

• Cash on delivery: you pay the rider when your order arrives. For bigger orders we can arrange a bank transfer.
• This website never asks for card details, and we never ask for card details or an OTP over the phone.

• Prescription medicine is dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered doctor.
• Send a clear photo of the prescription on WhatsApp, quoting your order reference if you ordered on the website. Our pharmacist checks it before anything is packed.
• Prescriptions are not uploaded or stored on this website.
