Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Pakistan, and you pay when your order arrives.
What it costs
- Rs 250 delivery in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
- Rs 300 everywhere else in Pakistan, including Karachi and Lahore.
How long it takes
- Same day or next day in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, for orders confirmed before 6pm.
- Tracked courier, 2 to 4 working days to Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Quetta, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Abbottabad and the rest of Pakistan.
- We dispatch and deliver Monday to Saturday. An order confirmed after 6pm counts from the next working day.
- Before your order leaves the pharmacy, we confirm the items, the total and the expected timing with you on WhatsApp.
Packaging
- Every order is sent in plain packaging.
Paying
- Cash on delivery: you pay the rider once the order is in your hands.
- For bigger orders we can arrange a bank transfer.
- We never ask for card details or an OTP over the phone.
If something is wrong
If an item arrives damaged or wrong, tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours and we replace it. That is us fixing our mistake, not a return. See our returns policy.
