We collect what you enter at checkout, and use it only to fill and deliver your order:

• your mobile number, name, address and city (required), so we can confirm your order and deliver it
• your email address, nearest landmark and order notes, only if you give them
• what you ordered, the prices, the delivery fee and the total, and when you ordered
• a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address, used only to stop the same connection sending large numbers of orders

We call or WhatsApp you on the number you give to confirm the order before dispatch. If you give an email address we send you a copy of your order. There are no accounts or passwords, and no card details are ever taken: you pay cash on delivery.

Your cart is kept in your own browser (local storage) until you order or empty it. It is not sent to us until you place the order.

Prescription images are not uploaded or stored on this website. If your order needs a prescription, you send a photo on WhatsApp and our pharmacist checks it there before anything is packed.

• Vercel hosts this website, and Neon runs the database that stores orders.
• Resend sends the order emails: to our pharmacy, and to you if you gave an email address.
• Our pharmacy receives order emails in Gmail, run by Google.

These services may store data outside Pakistan.

We keep order records in our order database for 24 months. After that we remove your name, phone number, email, address, landmark and notes, and keep only what was ordered and the amounts, for our accounts. This happens automatically.

We use Google Analytics on our live website to understand how it is used. It sets cookies and records:

• the pages you view and how you arrived, for example from a search or a link
• your device and browser type
• your approximate location, worked out from your IP address
• clicks on our WhatsApp and call buttons: which button, and on a product, the product and pack size
• products viewed and added to the cart, checkouts started and orders placed: the products, quantities, amounts and order reference, never your name, phone number, email or address

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

WhatsApp conversations are handled by Meta, which owns WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

To fill your order we use what you send us: your name, address and phone number, and a prescription photo if your order needs one. Your name, address and phone number go on the parcel so it can be delivered.
